Edzai graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a Bachelor of Laws Honours. He is a registered legal practitioner, conveyancer notary public and arbitrator. He has over ten (10) years legal practice experience. Edzai has sat in high ranking advisory bodies such as the National Labour Advisory Council, the Tripartite Negotiating Forum as well as various institutions and trade unions. He is also a Director with Innovative Construction Group.
Edzai has experience in dealing with matters related to insurance, pension and social security, extractive, construction and agricultural law and is an expert in public service labour law. Edzai is an avid researcher and author of note having authored commentaries and critiques on various aspects of the law.
Munyaradzi is a Partner with the firm and has more than 20 years of legal experience. He has become one of the leading labour lawyers in the country. Comrade is he is affectionately known, is an author to one of the pioneering and leading texts in Labour and Employment Law in Zimbabwe which book has become the major reference text of all labour practitioners, trade unionists and Judges.
He is a Senior Lecturer with the University of Zimbabwe having been there since 1994. He also teaches the Masters Programme with the Women’s Law in Southern and Eastern Africa. Munyaradzi has been invited and facilitated in many judges’ symposiums, trade union conferences and workshops.
He was once a legislator in the Parliament of Zimbabwe. He is a renowned Author with several published texts and journal articles to his credit.Munyaradzi is renowned Arbitrator particularly in matters involving wage disputes at National Employment Council levels. Munyaradzi is well known for his passion for the rights of the rank-and-file employees and has appeared in countless ground breaking labour cases.
He is a member of the International Socialist Organisation (Zimbabwe) and the Chairperson of the Zimbabwe Labour Centre –a registered labour training institution.
Takudzwa is an attorney who has practiced with one of the largest and leading corporate, commercial and labour law firm in the country. He has a mixture of knowledge of dealing with large corporates, employers, trade unions and ordinary employees.
He has under three (3) years post graduate experience in the legal field giving him an upper hand in fresh knowledge in modern trends law and the legal fraternity as a whole. His fresh knowledge in law and a wealthy balance in dealing with both corporates and individuals brings a balance to our interpretation of the law.
He is an avid researcher in the field of law and has since researched and authored articles on Occupational Health and Safety Rights under COVID -19 and Wage protection and Job Security under COVID-19; joint projects of our Firm with the Zimbabwe Labour Centre.
